The year is 3022. WAGMI Defense unfolds in Nemosh, an off-world laboratory serving as the backdrop for immoral DNA-hybridization experiments conducted by the Grays—extraterrestrial beings. Though the world may seem dark now, the choices made by players, whether human or alien, will shape the outcome of the NiFe Wars.
Your mission is to strategically wield your card deck, deploy characters to defend your towers, launch attacks, and ultimately dismantle your opponent’s base. The victor emerges with not only bragging rights but also the coveted spoils of war in the form of NiFe and collectible cards!

In the arena, two players face each other, each having an equally sized base with 2 Turrets and 1 Command Center. The objective is to destroy the opponent's Command Center, positioned betweeen the protecting two turrets. To damage or defend turrets, players deploy units and Power Cards strategically.
Players enter with a 6-card deck, comprising Heroes, Troops, Air Units and Power Cards. Deployable cards are placed only on the player's side, while Power Cards can be deployed anywhere. Once a card is in play, it rotates to the back of the deck.
Destroying a turret opens a section on the enemy's side for closer unit deployment. Matches last three minutes, with the winner having the most turrets destroyed. Destroying the Command Center results in an immediate win. Overtime ensues if turrets are equal, with a tiebreaker if necessary.
Drag and drop units into the battlefield to preview their placement. Units can be deployed anywhere in the player's area, excluding directly on turrets.
Different units will behave differently based on the situation. Experiment with all of them to truly master the game.
Each unit possesses unique stats, influenced by Unit Level and Rarity. Stats include energy needed, damage, speed, attack, and health points.
Both players start with a 10 energy point cap, gaining 1 point every 2 seconds. As the battle progresses, energy is produced faster.

Every unit or power card requires energy to be deployed in battle. The higher the energy cost, the more powerful the card.
The unit's health points determine how many hits it can survive in battle.
The unit's attack speed determines how quickly it can land its blows on enemy units or structures.
The unit's attack points determine how much damage it's able to inflict during battle.
A melee unit's range determines how far they can reach whereas a ranged unit's range determines how far they can strike.
The unit's speed determines how fast it moves on the arena.
Players can choose to battle as "Alien" or "Human," creating two distinct decks. To jump into battle, you need at least 6 cards in your deck.
Choose cards from your collection and move them to the Battle Deck section. You cannot select the same card twice.
To remove a card from your deck, simply select it and move it back to your collection.
Remember, each card has its strengths and weaknesses. There is no such thing as a "perfect deck" or the "best strategy." Experiment with different decks, and good luck! You're gonna need it!
Different edition cards are equally powerful in battle. Acquire them all to complete your collection!
Players have the option to buy cards from other players or list their own cards for sale in the game marketplace.
Acquired for free by playing & grinding!
Can only be acquired in the Shop with Adallium
Can only be acquired by owning digital NiFe Wars comics!
Can only be purchased from other players or by opening a Founder's Pack!
Every card can be upgraded to increase its level from LvL 1 all the way to LvL 10.
Upgrading cards requires progressively more NiFe, so make sure you accumulate as much as you can!
Cards can evolve from Common all the way to Legendary, with Legendary being the most powerful cards in the game.
You can only evolve 5 cards of the same unit, season, rarity and edition.
i.e. you need 5 Human Emperor, Season 1, Common, Comicbook Edition cards to evolve into 1 Rare!

The medals and ranking system are integral parts of the Emperor's Conquest, the game's seasonal PvP reward track.
It's straightforward; earn medals by winning battles and lose medals by losing battles!
As players ascend the leaderboards, the ranking system becomes progressively challenging, with opponents growing tougher.
Seasons in WAGMI Defense typically last for 3 months. When a season concludes, players' medals and ranks reset, initiating the climb to the top of the leaderboards once again!
Additionally, once a season concludes, that season's cards can no longer be acquired in the game and can only be obtained from other players.

Accumulate enough EXP Points to "level-up," unlocking new game features and rewards. The maximum player level is LvL 25.
It's important to note that higher-level players are not necessarily more skilled in combat; they have, however, invested more time and resources in their journey.
Earn EXP Points and level up your account.
Rarer chests reward players with more resources but also take more time (or Adallium) to unlock!
War Chests are loot boxes rewarded after a victory in the game's PvP system.
A player can only hold up to 4 War Chests at a time, meaning additional victories won't yield a War Chest until at least one is unlocked and opened.
War Chests contain a mix of NiFe and Cards, sometimes even rarer items. The rewards improve at higher Ranks, offering better and more valuable items.
They also take progressively more time to unlock. Players have the option to spend Adallium to instantly unlock a War Chest instead of waiting.
